For their wedding ceremony, M&S didn’t just want a backdrop, they wanted to be surrounded by a sweeping meadow of beautiful flowers. A variety of gorgeous English roses and bundles of foliage encapsulated them as they exchanged vows in this iconic Oxford venue.
Running down the middle of the long dining tables in Divinity Hall – a full and flowery collection of flowers featured a combination of arrangements in small bowls and stem vases. This combination created a look which was undulating and organic, weaving in a touch of foliage here and there with wispy tendrils. The look was one of luxury with an organic feel, inspired by Bridgerton.
As their wedding was held in May, we used all of the prettiest early summer flowers including blousy roses, peonies, sweet peas, orlaya and lisianthus, scabious, in tones of putty, blush, shell pink, caramel, mocha and porcelain, with pretty, delicate greenery. Combined together in an ode to modern romance straight from a fairytale.
